Nicole's Goal: Motivation, Motivation, Motivation!! "I want to see all our clients achieve their goals in improving their overall wellness through fitness, nutrition, building self-confidence and making permanent lifestyle changes."

Nicole has always loved the concept of SGPT -small group personal training, she feel's that this offers the attention that personal training can accomplish but at a lesser cost. She is active in both Fitness / Nutrition, being a BCRPA certified fitness leader has it's advantages it helps her coach people of all fitness levels.

Brianna's love for health & fitness started at an early age when she started gymnastics. Her gymnastics career ended on a high note as she competed nationally and internationally. Her extensive background with fitness and motivatings others helped Brianna in becoming a certified gymnastics coach, lifeguard, aquafit and group fitness instructor. She is very enthusiastic and loves the high energy classes! Brianna feels confident that not only can she offer a fun-filled, exciting, ever changing workout, but also a program that is both safe and up to date!

Physical fitness has always been an important part of Christine’s life. From her first pair of figure skates at age three to her green belt in Hapkido, she has woven fitness into her busy life through a variety of activities. She is now a stay at home mother of two small children and more committed than ever to helping others find joy in an active lifestyle. Christine knows how difficult it is to “fit” it in so give her an hour and she’ll help you make the most if it!

Christine is certified through BCRPA as a group fitness leader and is working towards certification in weight training as well.

Sarah is passionate about all things health and fitness. In 2007, she completed a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. As a BCRPA registered personal trainer, she loves helping her clients reach their goals. Sarah makes it a priority for every workout to be both challenging and fun. Sarah likes to keep active through various activities including running, swimming, weight training, yoga and pilates.

Kerri has always been a very physically active person. She enjoys a wide range of activities including; swimming, running, camping, weight training, sports and just about anything else active. She has a Kinesiology/Physical Education Degree from Wilfrid Laurier and a Post Graduate Degree in Sport and Event Management from Durham College. Kerri brings a wide range of fitness experience to the company and is a very motivated person. She has her certification through Can-Fit Pro in both personal training and group fitness.

Paula grew up in a sports mad family and spent much of her childhood playing outdoors and being active. She has tried a wide range of things, but more recently has been involved in running, skiing, playing tennis, dancing and practicing yoga. Apart from being a bootcamp instructor, she is a Personal Trainer and also a tennis umpire, umpiring at events such as the Australian Open and the US Open. Paula moved from New Zealand to BC in the spring of 2009.
